Information You Provide
Search Terms
A name or location entered into a search widget is sent to the third-party provider operating that tool. Gates County Busted Mugshots does not store or log those search terms on its own systems.
Messages and Contact Forms
Email and contact messages are kept as needed to read and answer them. They are not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.

Advertising partners may track activity across different sites for interest-based ads on their own systems. That activity is governed by their terms and notices.
